We consider our ESG policy a key element of our business activity. We have been granted with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certificates which confirm the highest standards of our environmental and quality management systems. Our activities include:

At ESPES, we believe that responsible business starts with people and relationships. We know that even the best-designed office space cannot replace time spent with loved ones. That is why, in 2026, we once again joined the #HumanBE – 2 Hours for Family initiative organized by the Humanites Institute. The campaign highlights the importance of relationships, conversation, and mindful presence in everyday life. As part of the program, participating companies offer employees two symbolic hours off so they can dedicate this time to family, friends, or loved ones.

We believe that social responsibility is not only about large-scale projects, but also about small gestures and everyday decisions. Sometimes a simple conversation, a walk, an evening with music, or shared family memories are enough to create something truly meaningful. These are the moments that build relationships which stay with us for years.

ESPES’s commitment also extends to supporting culture and creativity.

In 2025, the we became the Patron of the “THIS IS DESIGN” exhibition, accompanying the EAST CREATIVE Conference– an event dedicated to innovation, design, and the role of creators in today’s world. The exhibition showcases the work of Polish designers, highlighting how design shapes the way we think about space, functionality, and aesthetics. By supporting such initiatives, we emphasize that responsible business also means active participation in the development of culture and the promotion of conscious design.
